Synovo ("Synovo", "we", "us", or "our") is a product of Crusader Softwares Ltd. Synovo is an application that lets you capture voice notes and text, transcribe speech, and generate AI-assisted summaries. Audio is transcribed in memory and is never written to disk, databases, or logs — only the transcript and summary text you choose to save is retained in your account.

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We do not permit anonymous sign-ups, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Synovo offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The Free plan includes limited monthly recording minutes and translated summaries. The Pro plan unlocks higher or unlimited usage, all summary templates, audio playback, and other premium features. Current limits and prices are shown on our Pricing page.

Billing cycles. Pro is available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is offered at a discount relative to paying monthly. The price and billing interval are shown before you complete checkout.

Chat add-on. The "Chat with your recordings" feature (Syno) is an optional paid add-on available to Pro subscribers for an additional recurring fee, billed alongside your Pro subscription. The add-on price is shown at checkout and on the Pricing page and may differ from your base Pro price. You can add or remove the add-on; when you turn it off, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions and add-ons renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial-period refunds except as set out in the Refund policy below or as required by law.

All fees are non-refundable outside of any applicable free trial period. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Once a paid billing period has started, cancellation stops future renewals but we do not provide refunds or credits for the current or previous billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

You agree not to:

• use Synovo for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes;
• record or process content you do not have the right to record, including recording people without any consent required by law;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
• resell, sublicense, or abuse the service, including circumventing usage limits or rate limits.

You are solely responsible for the content you record, upload, and summarise. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We take privacy seriously. Audio is processed in memory only for transcription and is never stored; only the transcript and summary text you save is retained. Our full practices — what we collect, how it is used, and your rights — are described in our Privacy Policy.

Synovo, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Crusader Softwares Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms.

Your content. You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and summaries you create. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service — for example, transiently processing audio to produce transcripts and storing the text you save — and nothing more.

Synovo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

AI-generated content. Transcriptions and summaries are produced by automated AI systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions without independent verification. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crusader Softwares Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Synovo relies on third-party providers to deliver the service, including but not limited to: Stripe for payment processing; cloud hosting and database infrastructure for storing your saved text; and AI providers for speech transcription and summary generation. Your use of the service may be subject to those providers' own terms, and their processing is covered in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of Synovo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
