Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription whenever you like and keep access until the end of your current billing period — no cancellation fees.
What happens if I go over my free limits?
Nothing breaks. Once you reach your monthly recording or translated-summary limit, Synovo will prompt you to upgrade to Pro. Your limits reset at the start of each cycle.
Does annual billing really save money?
Yes — annual billing costs less than paying monthly for a full year.
Is my audio stored anywhere?
Never. Audio is transcribed in memory and discarded immediately — only the text summary ever leaves the server, on every plan.
